Peach Cobbler Bourbon Smash

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 3/4 oz Barlow's Peach Cobbler Syrup
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 peach slices
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• Crushed ice
• Mint sprig, to finish

Instructions

1. 01 Muddle the peach slices in the bottom of a rocks glass until they give up their juice.
2. 02 Add the bourbon, Barlow's Peach Cobbler Syrup, lemon juice and bitters. Stir.
3. 03 Pack the glass with crushed ice and stir again until the outside frosts.
4. 04 Top with a little more crushed ice, plant the mint sprig, and serve immediately.
